Customer service non-existent
I received a internet router from DStv on 07/06/2024. It has never worked and I have made payments as requested. I have called over 20 times trying to get assistance however all the agents say is that my query is being escalated and they will call me back. I have never received a call back nor have I been assisted. The router is still not working.
