customer service meaning no SERVICE

Dstv is a piece of ****, bought dstv on 26/08/2019 paid R966.00 where suspended 5 times during september for none payment whereby my funds is being moved to a price lock which i do not even have, paid today for october service and yet again they cant connect me due to the fact that my payment went over to the exact price lock plan, ive been calling them for the last 3 hours with out any luck not even the supervisors can assist you are a bunch of idiots working for n *****ed company
