Customer Service is not dead!!!

<p>I just want to thank the team at Multi choice that assisted with an on going problem. I always get a burst of bubbles when a CEO responds to a problem. It reminds me that no matter how big you have become you remember where it all starts. With the customer. I believe that just as we are quick to complain when we are wronged and rightfully so, so must we also give credit where it is due. You are my hero and I would like to point out your professionalism and thank you that kept me calm through our conversation. I know that I may not be the easiest person to work with especially in the state I was yesterday. I take my hat off to you and have new found respect for your position within Multichoice. I further would like to extend my thanks to the CEO Mr. Mark Rayner for your involvement as well. I am excited that you guys have actually gone beyond the call of Duty to make me a happy supporter again and cannot thank your'll enough for the one month free subscription and the fact that you have covered my box office account. I am grateful that you guys have found a way to reimburse me for my financial loss occured during this process and must indicate that I did not expect it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wish you all a wonderful day ahead and words of encouragement towards Lesego "in a world where you can you be anything, you choose to be kind.
