Customer service is disgusting

Absolutely ******* service. All I wanted was to update my cell phone number. I called into the contact centre, was told to go to a whatsapp chat instead all I got was automated responses. I did a live chat and waited literally an entire day for a response. Tried everything possible yet nothing was done. Utterly disappointed and disgusted by the level of service received
