Customer service

I’m utterly disgusted with the service we received from multi choice. There is a total lack of unprofessionalism and lack of commutation from the service provider. We call for cancelation of price lock and asked for settlement and we are not able to be assisted. When we call we get to be sent to pillar to post and no agent get to give us a clear answer and a solution to our problems. We’ve been disconnected for weeks without communication and solution. This is totally unacceptable service.. we are not happy at all with multi choice and their under trained staff.
