Customer service at DStv mapoyna mall sucks.

I'm not impressed with the service I got from the DStv consultant. Whilst busy helping me he was enjoying Simba chips chat on his mobile and ask me to test the channels on the decoders while he was suppose to do it. DStv Maponay need to up their game because there is no customer satisfaction at all. I'm not impressed and he still told me he did me a favour after I told him about his wrong doings. What happened to enriching lives.
