Customer service

I visited the cape town multi choice centre on Teusday 28th April and was assisted by a consultant Maylon Hess. After I completed my sanitizing I joked with the guy and said I hope the person you send me can resolve my problem,he said you going to the best person.I can truly say this was the best consultant I have came across for the few visits to your centre. She was professional and knew exactly what to do and still went the extra mile as my situation wasn't a easy fix. Hope you get recognized by your management for excellent customer service!!
