Customer Service

Hi there. My account number is ***3. I have been speaking to so many customer service agents regarding this account. I spoke to someone on the 19th at 11.23 and was on hold for 45 minutes and was told that a recon was done on this account and the amount outstanding was R265 & that the amount due to reconnect was R165 as the R100 reconnection fee was going to be credited. I paid the R165 that day & today my services are disconnected once again. I called customer service & was told that the person i spoke to did not log anything & i told them that the calls are recorded and they should listen to it. The lady i spoke to could not assist & asked to speak to a manager who I have no words for. Khumbulani Zulu is his name who refused to help telling me that i was giving insufficient infor & i must now pay R125 to reconnect as they had 1000 of calls and i need to pay else it wont be connected. He was senior enough to speak to and he suggests i escalate this if i want that is not his problem. I called again now to give them the time of the call and the number i called from and was told it wud be escalated and to wait two hours as someone would call back. Services still disconnected!!
