Called Multi-Choice number *** as I did not understand how they have calculated my total due, I spoke to a lady whom I forgot her name, she could not solve my problem and put me on hold for around 10 minutes and I decided to end the call because I do not believe that I should be on hold for such a long time considering that this is not a toll free number, and unfortunately my problem has not been solved :(
