Customer must ensure Multichoice is debiting correctly

I received a nasty call in April from a collections agency who informed me that my DSTV premium was not paid. Since I took out the new Explorer in December 2016, I have been debited for Box office and insurance only but not the premium. I contacted Multichoice and spoke to Thandi who could not explain why this oversight happend and I was inconveniced in having to pay a bulk amount to bring the account back into current. I was informed that the debit order would run correctly from the end of April. On 01 May, I saw that my debit order was again not for the correct amount. I emailed Thandi back on 04 May and asked her to investigate but have yet to receive a reply. It shouldn't be the responsibility of the client to ensure Multichoice is debiting correctly and I do not appreciate to have rude calls from collections agencies due to Multichoice's incompetence.
