Customer Care Responses Unacceptable
Hi,
The way your developers respond to customer complaint review on the App Store is simply unacceptable.
People are writing reviews because they are struggling to access the app, and they just want to have the issues resolved, so that they can use the app again. The developers' responses to uninstall the app is ridiculous.
Many people WANT to use the app on a daily basis, and you think the solution is to have them uninstall the app? Instead of just fixing the bugs/issues that are causing the problems? Unbelievable!
This is some of the worst customer care that I have ever seen.
