Customer Care don't read Mails

I received a very authentic "Spam" informing me of Prize won mail and forwarded same to Multichoice in order for them to shut down the phishing website. their reply to me quoting the spam reference details were, "We would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please be advised that we will remove your email address from the list"
