Customer Care Consultant so Rude

Am so shocked and disgusted of the service i just received from Patricia Phela customer care consultant ,She just hang up on me when she failed to give me answers ,I called back and i was advised the is no supervisor or Manage on the floor to assist me as their out to listen to their calls .Its shocking that big company like multi choice don't have measures for their consultant regarding their rudeness as all complains on hello peter and other social media customers are complaining about their consultant
