I did request the payment date to be changed from the 20th to month end which was never changed. I have been billed the reconnection fee and pro -rata fee which i need that fees to be reversed and also requested to be downgraded with no results . DSTV also debited a closed account which i send a complaint for the refund of the unpaid fee with no feedback. I need the reconnection fee to be reversed and pro-rata fee to be reversed , unpaid fee to be reversed and also to be downgraded.
