Ref nr i171 and i174 I have paid DSTV for the last 10 years via debit order on 20th monthly in advance. Thus I have paid 20 Feb 2019 for March subscription. Since 11/3 I have no picture cause their system cancelled my price lock after 6 months. They demand R2.501. After 3x calls of over 30 min each i habe picture on primary decoder. For more than 48 hours no picture on extra view. They cant restore picture. They dont clear my acc. Frustrated. Angry. Want to put do something to dstv
