I signed up for DSTV Compact plus at the discounted rate of R460 on the 30th of July 2019. I have called the Call Centre twice and was told the special has ended on the 23rd of July by one agent(Sibusiso) and another agent said it ended 31 July 2019. I'm not sure which is correct, though I can confirm that I saw the adverti*****t after the 23rd of July. I received an email saying "we hope you enjoying Dstv compact plus at the discounted rate of R460 PM (instead of R519pm) but yet I am being charged the R519. Can someone please assist as the Call Centre does not seem to know what they are doing. Just to add the person/s answering your Facebook queries are not very helpful. Why do you have different platforms when the people behind these platforms cannot assist.
