****** with DSTV Rewards

Dstv rewards accidentally downgraded my reward status to Super Star. They showed that if I upgrade to Legend Status (which I have always been on by the way) that I would have been eligible to redeem the Dstv anniversary reward from 1 June which is a 2 night stay at a Protea Hotel. They also showed that I would be able to redeem a Birthday Reward. I waited until 1 June to claim those rewards but all of u sudden they do not reflect under my rewards.

Why are you guys showing rewards I can redeem then when the time comes it dissappears?
