Spoke to three individuals and also asked to speak to manager no one cares. DSTV added access fee and Disney plus without my knowledge, have not used these services and now I am told my account is areas with R111 for something I never asked for, they have suspended my account and I will not pay this amount. Been a subscriber since 1997/1998 never been treated this badly.
