Bunch of ******, stay awake

I've never experience such terrible service particularly when you are being owed and this is so freacking frustrating. I am being owned couple of thousand rands by Multichoice and they are me giving run arounds. Ive submitted everything you wanted though i felt it was lil bit unnecessary. I have waited for more than 10 days so my account can get credited with refunds but surprisingly there is sudden you turn, my refund is unsuccessful. Like really, I dont owe you guys any cent why is it so difficult to pay me my money back. What kind of client service is this and why would my refund be unsuccessful. Why am I not called and be told about such. You guys are bunch of ******. I've lost my respect for you, I will take this matter forward so I can expose the hell out you.
