CRM doesn't exist for DSTV

I was cut off this morning. No notification or warning. I a paid the correct amount EFT and was told to send proof of payment to "***" and received an achknowledgement reference number. All conveyed to the agent. I was told no problem. Would be reconnected in 3 hours. 6 hours later get a new agent now I am told I have to send an email proof of payment to the Whatsapp site? How - No Idea. Nomphlo told me all previous methods not correct. After half an hour she reverted back to the old method Still not corrected. Dreadful every year.
