Credits issue and transfer of ownership

I paid R520 on my account as from the 27 August 2019 paying for my September subscription, we requested a change of ownership but they keep on telling me I have a credit or R364.2 and when ever I tell them is not enough no one seems to know what’s happening, I just want them to credit the correct amount that’s all
