Credit record is ruined - Delisting Department Multichoice

Hi there, I trust you are well. I've been having a thorn in my side regarding my TransUnion profile. I have a listing for R20,376 from Multichoice on my credit report. I have been trying to sort this out for the past 3 years. I have been sent from pillar to post regarding this. I have so many "escalation" reference numbers I can barely keep count. I've been told this will be sorted by your delisting department and it hasn't been done. It's reflecting very badly on my credit report and this really is not fair. Nobody can owe Dstv over R20,000 it's impossible. Please advise what is going on?
