Credit Journal Query

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I switched to Debit Order on Feb 2016, with my first debit order occurring on the 1st of March 2016. Unawaringly, i also paid R360 into Multichoice's account by EFT. Realising that i had made an error, i then phoned Multichoice JHB to log my query. I was referred to a Supervisor by the name Meschack Moloto, who promised that a credit journal would be raised and within 2 days i should have the R360 reversed into my account. If it was not for the financial crisis i'm in, i would have left the money for March's payment. But i need the money. I also logged a call on-line in Feb, and was promised 48 hours feedback. No one has responded yet.<br> <br> I don't understand why a credit journal takes 40 days, when a debit order takes 3 days maximum.
