Credit due, fail to respond

Multichoice DSTV, is falling to respond and refuse to refund me. They not replying to any of my last 4 emails I have send to their proof of payment department. They keep on claiming that I owe them, yet I have a credit of R1300. I have send them my proof of payments. To this day no reply. Multichoice is failing their customer service
