credit controllers
I was informed that i was handed over to credit control for an amount of R279. How can you hand me over for your system program. I payed as I watched. I did not pay in February cause I knew i was not going to watch in March. Now I get an sms stating i was handed over. Your agent told me your systems are programmed to disconnect after 2 weeks if no payment received. I must now pay for your system programming. I did not even watch TV!!!! I cannot be held liable for system programming. I payed as I watched!!! I have no ****** contracts with multichoice!!!!!

We do apologies for the inconvenience you experienced in this regard .DStv service is a month-to-month contract - when you pay your subscription, the contract for that month is fixed.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to inform MultiChoice that they will not be using the service for the upcoming month. Should this not be done the subscriber will be held liable for any amount that accumulates on your account up until the service gets disconnected.
We've now implemented a tool to schedule your upgrades, downgrades or suspension of services .You may phone us or use self-service at any time to request the change, which we will implement on your next payment date.
You may also request assistance from any of these channels:
