Credit charged as debit and then not refunded
I recently changed my DSTV package and found that I was double debited at the end of the month, I called the call centre Ndamulelo promised to either refund me or credit the next instalment. weeks later nothing has happened. She gave me a call reference of ***8-j40. Can someone please assist with my refund. If I owed Multichoice money, my services would be disconnected and there would be hassles for me, now they sit with my money and benefit from it.
