Credit Bureau updates

It seems Multichoice is in the business of messing up with my credit scoring. This is affecting my life. I called your call centre agents and numerous escalations sent but still you have the audicity to update my credit report as a non-payment for September 2015. Remember, I am the one who called your offices to inform you that the debit order is not pulling through. You informed me that the bank account is pending and you will fix it for coming months - that was in August 2015. Remember, I am the one who called again in numerous attempts and still you have the courage to update the credit bureaus that I am a non-payer whilst you enjoy my money every month. You are the ones who told me that the banking details pending are being fixed but today, I am the one suffering now. You are really in the business of messing up with my life. I am paying manually eversince and still you say \I Multichoice did not receive the money". You must be crazy. Definitely"
