creating debit order from my account without my permission

I had a Multichoice subscription which I paid annually on 15 March. This year, as normal, the full annual amount was paid on 15 March. Then, on 31 March 2017, a debit order went through on my account, for the amount of R3410-00. I have NEVER had a debit order on this account at Multichoice. The next day, I contacted Multichoice, and they told me that I cannot query this by phone, I need to send e-mail. Which I did, but, I also went to the bank to reverse the payment. I want to know where Multichoice got my banking details, who authorized them to instate a debit order, and also, I want Multichoice to pay the relevant bank charges. Of course, after more than a week and many more e-mails - no feedback, except that they are extremely busy.

Good day Rupert, unfortunately your team refuses to give me the information. It is not acceptable that the problem is 'due to a system error'.... as I pay my DSTV annually, and, as I have never had a debit order from the relevant account at Multichoice, I want to know where they got my banking info from, and who authorized the debit order to be instated. NO SYSTEM WILL DECIDE BY ITSELF TO FIND MY ACCOUNT AND INSTATE A DEBIT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!! Please could someone answer my questions. WHERE DID YOU GET MY ACCOUNT INFO FROM AND WHO INSTATED THE DEBIT ORDER?????????????????????????????

Terrible service. Multichoice finds my banking info and instates a debit order - for the amount of R3410 - and now they refuse to tell me where they got my banking info from, and they refuse to tell me who instated and authorized the debit order. I only get the lame excuse 'it's a system error'. No system is so smart to go out one night and find someones banking details, and instates a debit order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
