Crazy people

See this crazy bunch. I get double debited then i get switched off and im being told even though i was double debited and i am one month in advance. My total that im behind is R1050 now you tell me on which package am i on where you pay R402 x 2 and then you still R1050 behind. And by phoning its i know it will cost more than R100 again.
