COVID 19 relief NOT AVAILABLE from DSTV

I enquired on DSTV for a R300 discount in respect of COVID 19 for a 3 month period. They kept me on the system for over 40 minutes before they told me it is unavailable. This discount has been made available to other subscribers, so surely in terms of the Consumer Protection Act this should be made available to everyone!!! Wasted 40 minutes of my time which I can't get back.
