Coupon useless to client.

DSTV went digital in Nov 2018 which means our waka does not work anymore. So after a long correspondance with them we were giving a Takealot coupon for R500.00 as compensation. We were not told that only certain items can get ordered on the coupon. Now after placing a order we are told we can only use the coupon on DSTV item.?? This is a **** as why must I order books and remotes when I don`t need that. This is a means of compensation but it remains useless. Try to contact DSTV CEO or Takealot but they don`t respond . BAD SERVICE ON BOTH COMPANIES to say the least.
