Am so disappointed about dstv I bought dstv from pep the dstv it was on promotion which Is I paid 800 it is dstv decoder plus installation plus one month compact which is means I have 1 month free now they cut me out I called them try to explain no one helped me i bought it from pep store on 1 OCTOBER 2019 they came to install it on 4th Oct 2019 so today i went to dstv agencies at maponya mall the lady there was so rude to me she even send me back where I bought my dstv to seek for reprint i did that when I come back the lady told me that it is not their problem that I bought dstv at pep store I was supposed to come to their place to buy so that they can send their installer pep store they buying their decoder somewhere not from them and they not with vouchers now they told me that am owing Saturday they told me that am owing 490 yesterday it was 410 today is 397 so am so confused that how can I pay lots of money because I didnt do agreements how much am going to pay so now they telling me that am owing that money it is not even month end now they telling me that while I bought dstv the one on promotion the one that saying this month m not paying anything I will start paying next month now they blame pep store because I bought that at pep store it is how they treat a black child
