I am so dissapointed with multichoice every year i must change my decoder and its not for free it will give me those 3 flushing colours and dat the end as in right now it showing green light but not working we tried to connect my neighbour decoder it works perfectly but mine nothing hence the green light is there are u guys making business with ur decoders we must change them every 6 months dis is in appropriate serious

As per our telephonic conversation, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of decoder due to bad weather and power outages.
We advised customers to take Decoder Insurance just in case an event like this happens.
