Controversial payment
I paid dstv account to MultiChoice sub account in capitec app and find out I paid wrong account number. Tried calling but no reply even WhatsApp no response as well as online chat. Till yesterday calling talk to hlengiwe email her my bank statement to *** email address still no help to reconnect

As per our emails team, we need a PDF type proof of payment that will only show your DStv payment. Unfortunately, you sent us your statement. The proof of payment needs to show the date, time, amount, the bank transaction ID and the reference number that you used.
