Contract ****

Multichoice again has signed me up for a contract apparently dated, July 2021 and I canceled it October 2021, now am charged a cancellation fee of R180 which I refused to pay. Firstly, I was assigned with a contract for 24 months apparently 2019, and knew about it 2020 during first lockdown, ever since then I've been fighting this with no luck. Today, 05.11.2021 am told I signed up for a contract July 2021.

I want to talk to the Supervisor or Manager. Does Multichoice have Supervisors???
