Contract renewal

I was contacted in January 2025 by DStv that my 2 yr contact is expiring and should I wish to extend it, I should contact them. This I duly did and since then it has been nothing short of a circus. I have received calls from them asking me what problems i was experiencing and when I state that I want to extend my contract, I get a complete runaround. It is absolutely ridiculous but then not unexpected! Totally inexperienced people who really dont seem to know what they are doing. I tried their whatsapp service; absolutely useless.
