Contract Explora Cannot connect to Extra view

I purchace the CONTRACT EXPLORA in order to connect my current Explora to Extraview.<br> DSTV cannot link the 2 decoders from their side.<br> 3 days, 8 calls at 15 minutes per call, the call centre always states that they will \escalated"the problem but there is no help from the \""escalation\""... <br> Call centre agents can't even call back as their service only receives calls. How long more must i wait DSTV...<br> """
