Contract bleach
So I took a 24 month contract with Multichoice where I would be paying R699 for Compact plus, Disney and Showmax. I took a contract around October 2023 and is due to end later in the year 2025. To my surprise the subscription is now R791 and Multichoice is saying I owe them for the Disney plus and Showmax increase price. How can I be affected by such if I took a contract, this is not a month to month contract but 24 month and they were debiting their money month in, month out. I am still assisted by the Multichoice, the last agent I spoke yesterday he refused point blank that I talk to his supervisors, I asked him several times if are u refusing and he was like I must take the case number and get lost

29 May 2025, 19:45So I have been calling DSTV several times and everytime I get a different agent. I think by now I have spoken to 5 different agents and they all say the same thing "we will escalate your matter and call you back" till today nothing
I will try again tomorrow, hopefully they will stop treating us their customers like *******
