I called DSTV inquiring about their router options. Next thing I know, the router is delivered to my house and I'm on a 2 year contract. I made numerous calls requesting for this to be cancelled and the router to be collected. The router was eventually collected (after the guy jumped over my wall). To my surprise, I'm still paying for this contract. I didn't ask for it. I didn't even open the router and Multichoice has taken the router!!!! I want a refund and for the contract to be cancelled!
