Dear dstv
My dstv has been disconnected and my billing has continued. To my understanding 24 month contract is a 24 month contract. If you disconnect me so should my billing. In my opinion it's ******ion

The Price Lock account is fixed for 24 months. If the contract is not honoured the service will be suspended due to non-payment.
Currently, the Price lock account has an overdue balance of R5138.24.
We do offer payment arrangement over the period of six months. For further assistance in this regard. Kindly send a confirmation email to ***.
Your request will be forwarded to our finance team. The service will be reconnected and the monthly subscription with the payment arrangement will be billed every month.
