Continuous sms'es to wrong number

I continue receiving sms'es from Multichoice to pay outstanding funds to them even though I don't have an account with them. <br> <br> I initially spoke to them in December to update their records. Their agent assured me it would be done.<br> <br> It wasn't. I speaking with their supervisor Tania Sibeko to try to have them remove my details, they inform me that the account holder needs to change the mobile number associated with the account. Given that I am the not the account holder, l cannot change their records...how ridiculous is this? I own the number and they have incorrect data but the onus is on someone else to authorise the correction.<br> <br> Sadly, their manager a Thulani N was not available to take a call either and not would she issue his contact details...<br> <br> They protect their right to not be contacted yet I must receive their spam!!! Hypocrisy!
