CONTINUOUS REPEATING OF PROGRAMMES.

I am writing here on hellopeter as a last resort too express my frustration with dstv/multichoice only because the emails that I have sent them are either not going through or just not being responded to.

I have to admit that dstv/multichoice is a whole better than the SABC and ETV.The other programming that we can get like netfix and series snd all the other stuff with movies and series are probably more value for money than dstv/multichoice but that is a different subject. At the moment I am stuck on dstv/multichoice.

My complaint is the extremely large amount of repeated programmes on the dstv channels. I am on the family package at the moment and am unable to upgrade due to finanial constraints.

Alot of the programmes, will come to and of a series( however many series there are)and then dstv will start showing those programmes over and over again by reverting back tthe very first season of the series and starting ahain with season 1 episode1. Comedy Central does this alot. We will see the same pgrammes over and over and over agsin.Hardly anything new comes on. The same with the other channels.

I know about the new ownership of dstv/multichoice and them wanting to cut costs.On my package I can get the BBC SERIES(CHANNEL 134) but not BBC BRIT(CHANNEL 120).Now all the comedy and detective series have been taken off CHANNEL 134 and only being shown on 120,which makes our enjoyment alot less pleasant as those who are unable to get thode channels, duel to financial constraints.

It is very nice to have the extra channels that we do not normally get on our package when dstv/multichoice decides to have "open time" for about 2 months to try and entice us to upgrade..But financially we are unable to upgrade. And once again we will still get the repeated repeats being repeated over and over again.

With the prices that we paying we should be getting a whole lot better and less repeats.We all know that the SABC AND ETV is beyond ******* and that is why so many of us have dstv. But now dstv seems to be following suit.
