Continuous incorrect billing

Mid January I downgraded from the full package to the R425 package. End of January I got billed for the full package again and when I complained about it I was told I now have a credit on my account and I will only pay just over R100 end of February. Yesterday when my payment came trough it was again the full subscription amount. When I phoned this morning I was told that now I have a biiiig credit and next month I won't have to pay at all. Thing is Multichoice, I can't afford to carry you when you need extra money. I insist that this transaction is reversed today still and my money put back into my account. If this doesn't happen today still, I will lay charges of theft against Multichoice at the police station tonight. Your incompetence should not affect me financially and I refuse to allow you to abuse the debit order authorisation you have. I had to spend a load of airtime to your call centre as well and was simply put on hold for ever and a day and nobody came back to me.
