Continuous disconnection even though monthly subs

You have previously helped me with this problem. Multichoice keeps apologising and making excuses for their inadequacies and it being almost a month now that they have been messing me around I have had enough. I pay R319.00 on 1st of every month by internet banking and have never missed a payment but on 6th December 2015 I was disconnected. I corresponded with them by email and got the reference number *** as a result. On 6th December I forwarded them proof of payment and on 8th December got an email that this proof was sent to the billing department and they suggested a debit order which I do NOT want. On 12th December they sent me their banking details again which I did not ask for. On 21st December I then spoke telephonically to Tebogo Maodi and I sent proof of payment again and was reconnected. On 26th December I was disconnected again. I am sure they are trying to tell me that they want me to sign a debit order or take the consequences but I am not signing any debit orders, end of story. I would like to be immediately reconnected and compensated for+/- one month compensation for being inconvenienced. <br> Thanks.
