Continuous billing issues

Absolutely disgusted in their service after being their client for more than ten years I am seriously considering g cancelling my services and taking up much cheaper online streaming options. My issues started when my price lock finished multichoice *****ed up the debit order and did not take the correct amount ,I have spoken to countless call center agents all useless and managers just as useless and have also spoken to a spammy in accounts who assured me that the correct and outstanding amount will be retrieved with the next debit order run and that my services will not be blocked....well guess what I can't enjoy my dstv services for the 4th week in a row....I am give multichoice until con Monday to rectify this error or I will be cancelling my subscription ....no wonder they retrenching so many staff all they care for is maintaining their 41billion turnover...***** the small people
