Continuing billing issues
Good Evening,
My customer number is ***8 and my ID number is *** 084.
A lady called Patricia assured me that my billing has been resolved, and I sent her proof of payment made on the 4th of October for R1700. But my account still reflects arrears of 1,832.08.
Can someone please sort out my bill, it still shows that I owe R1800, despite below email from DSTV and despite the fact that I paid R1700 on the 4th October.
Can someone resolve this?
