CONTINUED ********** RECONNECTION AND DEBIT I lodged a complaint last week. Nobody called. I followed up with a call wherein Bernadette confirmed that there was an error on their side. She confirmed that my account will not be debited. In fact, she advised that they owe me a refund of 39.00. To my dismay, they have debited my account. I cancelled in December 2021. There was no debit in Jan 2021. Bernadette even advised that she will change payment method from debit to cash so this doesn't happen again. Apparently they cannot delete my profile. I can only imagine how many people are being debited randomly without even knowing. I will be taking this up with the ombudsman.
