Continous Bad, Annoying, Frustrating Service

It was on Monday when I called DSTV regarding the disconnection of the channels due to the unallocated amount, They switch back all channels and Persushan told me that they will allocate the funds. Today, same this happened, until when???????????This is really frustrating. DSVT is really take us for granted as they the big company that provides what they have and are aware that we don't have anywhere to go. This must be fixed and again request that they allocate the funds correctly. It they are aware that funds are not allocated, why don't they delicate a few of their staff to work on this issue as we cant be phoning on every second day with the same matter.
