Consultants not helpful

Very disappointing to see dstv having consultants that can not assist you and have different answers for queries. I called on the 6th March 2024 for assistance and only with the 3rd consultant I received some help because the previous ones were not helpful and had no idea how to assist. With my patience I kept trying and got sorted. Today I called for follow up as payments are not reflecting I get through to another consultant who knows nothing and not helpful. Today I do not have the patience to keep trying till I get the right help. Am done. No wonder they loosing business, whatever is happening their aint good service👎🏾
