Consultant by the name of Zimkhitha failed to assist with my issues, from a heated and furious client.she chose to cut the call. When I callednback and asked for her, zandile answered only for her to come back to me and say zimkhitha is crying. Stop employing babies that needs to be baby sitted. Zandile the line got cut off due to airtime on my side. I asked her if that does occur can she call me back, she said yes. Well she ddnt even bother dialing me back. My decor doesn't show any channels bcz they forcing me to upgrade to upgrade to pvr which I Do not need nor want.... it's only the 2nd month now that I'm using internet service but please blv me.
